The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout.

We offer convenient door-to-door shipping as our standard shipping service. We also provide delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

For faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option with door-to-door service. Please note that express shipping to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is currently not available.

Depending on the destination, orders may be delivered by different carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, or national postal operators.

We ship from London, England.

Production Time

As every piece is handmade to order, please allow 1–3 business days for standard orders to be processed before shipping.

Bespoke and custom-made items may require 1–15+ business days of production time, depending on the complexity of your customisation request. We'll always let you know the expected timeline when you place a custom order.

Rush Orders, Gifts and Holidays

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know via the "order note" field at checkout, or email us at support@daddysaidso.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm whether it's possible.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear, so please don't be concerned if your parcel doesn't show as "in transit" right away.

Duties and Taxes

  • Packages to the UK and EU are not charged additional duties or taxes.
  • Packages to the US, Canada, Australia, and other destinations may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, depending on order value and local regulations.
  • For details on duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Repeated Shipping

  • If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, the customer will need to cover the cost of re-shipping before we send it out again.
  • If a parcel is returned to us and the customer does not respond or arrange re-shipment within 60 days, the order will be cancelled with no refund issued.

Please Note

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including those with proof of delivery or signature confirmation. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location and to collect the package promptly.
  • If you believe your package is missing after being marked as delivered, please contact the delivery carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Packages lost or damaged in transit due to no fault of ours are handled in coordination with the relevant carrier; we are not able to issue automatic refunds in these cases.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or any reason not caused by our error, please contact us immediately. Orders will not be automatically reshipped, and refunds are not available in these situations — please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
