An adjustable spreader bar that extends and locks anywhere between 62 and 93 cm — one piece that covers everything from a narrow stance to a full spread.
Fixed bars make you choose a distance before you know what you want. This one lets you set it in the moment, then holds it: once locked, the spread cannot be closed from the inside. That is the entire appeal of a bar over rope or straps.

How to set it

Store flat, at its shortest setting, out of direct sunlight.

Agree a safeword or non-verbal signal before you begin and never leave a restrained person unattended. Keep the fixings accessible so the cuffs can be released quickly, and stop immediately if there is numbness, tingling, or strain in the hips, knees or shoulders.
